Scope of Application

These terms and conditions of ANURA LLC (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") concludes with the Seller regarding the goods presented in the Seller's online store.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

Conclusion of Contract

The product descriptions do not constitute binding offers but serve to enable the Customer to submit a binding offer.

The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five days by:

  • Sending a written order confirmation, or
  • Delivering the ordered goods, or
  • Requesting payment after placing the order.

The English language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in the Seller's cancellation policy.

Prices & Payment Terms

The prices stated are total prices. VAT is not shown separately as the Seller falls under the small business regulation.

When selecting "Shopify Payments", payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland.

Delivery & Shipping Terms

Goods are delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the Customer. If the transport company returns the goods because delivery was not possible, the Customer bears the costs. Self-collection is not possible.

Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

If the Customer acts as a consumer, the law of the Customer's country of residence shall apply. If the Customer acts as an entrepreneur, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the Seller's place of business.
