Right of Withdrawal

📜 Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

⏱️ Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

💰 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In no case will you be charged any fees.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

📋 General Notes

1. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
2. Please do not return the goods unfranked (postage unpaid).
3. The above points are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
